Before the first accounting data is uploaded, the partner decides how granular they need data for their reporting. The partner can choose transactional level data, daily summary, or monthly summary.
Our data collection module is designed to make it easy for business owners to upload accounting information to the shared database, all while protecting their right to decide what to share. We accomplish this by the following features:
We do NOT save user login credentials of any kind
We only upload accounting data for the timeframe the business owner chooses
We offer an alternative CSV upload option for users that want to just upload Trial Balance (net change) information to the group
