PC Magazine says "QQube™ is the "best self-service business intelligence (BI) tool for in-depth analysis of your Intuit QuickBooks files"

After all of our years of experience in reporting and looking at the alternatives, I would say that QQube by Clarify is the ONLY data warehouse for QuickBooks. What makes QQube different is that while many alternatives exist for connecting to QuickBooks data,  QQube organizes the raw data from QuickBooks into complete subject area's that provide reliable  business information.

As soon as you install QQUBE you have an instant dashboard to help you track the most important things in your business.  One example is the Daily Inventory vs Sales chart as seen in the inventory discussion page.  Tracking Inventory turns and Average Days to Sell is recommended for most inventory based businesses. Another example of  QQube in Excel shows a sampling of the depth of the inventory information information thru the QQube solution.

One example of business information that is available is the inventory information. On Clarify's website you can find the full list of information that is accessible here.

The thing to take noticeof when you look at that is  the document category. Unlike the tools that only give you access to QB data,  the documents listed here:

  • "History - Inventory"  representing all posting transactions),
  • Sales Order
  • Pending Builds
  • Purchase Order

each represent a different data source that has "magically" been merged together to give you complete data.   Without QQube each report would have to merge that information together to get accurate reports.
